Is raw juicing the fountain of health??

Have you ever seen folks on television selling juice extracting machines? Maybe you have seen them at your favorite department store or maybe you were solicited to purchase one through direct mail. If not, you probably know someone who owns one and never uses it. Millions of these machines have been sold over the last twenty years. They extract juice from fruits, vegetables, plants, grasses, etc. Is it possible we are ignoring the fountain of health? The answer in a minute!

I'm a teaching Doctor on biblical principals concerning the trinity of health. This covers a great degree of subject matter involving many dimensions of human life. My studies and research cover: Physiology, biology, herbology, medical philosophy, Chinese healing philosophies, natural medicines, plants, diet habits in America versus other cultures, and supplements. I'm also a researcher and developer of natural medicines and supplements. I also specialize in fun exercise and physical fitness involving fresh air and sunshine. With all I've learned and taught concerning physical health, vitality, illness recovery, etc. there is nothing that compares with raw juices for health renewal or to prevent health disorders.

Fresh juicing is truly the fountain of health. I was able to take juicing to a higher level of energy and vitality by adding a scoop of my super protein powder or a scoop of my super greens powder to the fresh made juices. But even without my products added the results are very special and therapeutic. We must also eat fresh fruits and vegetables everyday for the wholesome fiber nature offers to improve our health.

Fresh juicing offers the benefits of live vitamins, mineral salts, enzymes, proteins, antioxidants and negative charged hydrogen in a predigested form that enters the blood stream within twenty minutes.

Freshly made juice is the best form of hydration in America. Most tap water in America is not safe or beneficial to your system. Most bottled water is either unsafe or is simply empty of essential minerals or life giving ions. Dehydration is a serious problem in the United States as most of us try to achieve hydration through soda, coffee, alcohol and processed juice. These liquids cause severe dehydration which leads to chronic or even terminal diseases. The foods and beverages we ingest for the most part cause very unhealthy PH levels. We become so acidic that instead of building healthy cells, we are killing cells everyday and eventually we will suffer for it.

I highly recommend sixteen ounces of fresh juice daily, along with six or more glasses of quality drinking water. I know of thousands of folks with a serious or terminal illness that juice and drink two quarts a day and lived to tell about it. Juicing restores and makes you youthful.

My favorite juices include: carrot and apple-*with a scoop of my Super Protein powder Or: berry mix-blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, w/cantaloupe or watermelon.

Homemade V-8 carrot, tomato, parsley, celery, escarole instead of parsley.

Rotate greens of choice-add fresh ginger root-cayenne pepper juice.

I believe you will agree- juicing is the fountain of health!
