Be calm in my peace and know that I am your god.

Lay aside the anxieties of the world around you. Be still and lay your ear to my peaceful voice.

Allow my spirit to guide you in love and joy.

All troubles, doubts, fears and sufferings cannot survive in my presence.

Rest in the spirit of your loving lord: I created you for my pleasure, you are my child and I cannot find pleasure in your uneasiness.

Seek me my child for I will give you strength - peace - calmness - and only I your lord can replenish you spiritually, only I can give you eternal life. Seek me - pray to me - meditate on my scriptures.

Live by my word - walk in love - dwell on forgiveness - be forever merciful - always thankful for my grace-serve thy lord your god and be forever fulfilled.
